A cost-effective way to get custom user generated content

Billo makes it easy to get custom content for anything you like, especially for brands with specific niches such as fitness or gadgets.

Pros:

Onboarding is simple and creating a campaign is easy with lots of options for customization to match your brand voice and messaging.

Cons:

The creators at times can take waaaay too long to deliver and support is on the slow side.

This one would be a tough one, but if I had to point out anything it would be getting more product to do videos

Unethical business practices, stay away

If you buy a package, your funds expire, no extensions allowed with out them scamming you for your own money. Since when does money expire? Greedy and unethical company. The work we got from Billo was always mediocre and none of the couple thousand we spent with them ever actually did well. There is no actual customer support and it's just copy and paste responses. There is so many UGC companies to work with. Billo doesn't deserve to be in business.

My Go-To Platform for UGC!

Extremely happy with my overall experience with Billo so far! The jobs are easy to review and apply, payment has been smooth, and customer service has been excellent!

Billo has been great and is my #1 Go-To UGC platform! Also, my customer service experience w/ [sensitive content hidden] was outstanding!!!

Cons:

I wish Billo had a desktop version that I could upload my content to. I'm a GenX content creator and create most (if not all) of my content on my Macbook. Although I can access the Billo app version on my desktop, it's not easy to download content to. I typically Airdrop each video to my phone and then upload to the Billo app from there.

You get what you pay for...

My overall experience was overwhelmingly terrible. Only half of the videos were delivered with all of the necessary edits I requested.

Easy to use. Easy to set up. I thought it was going to be a cheap alternative to traditional UGC Marketing.

Cons:

Working with customer service and the "Creators" was the worst experience of my life. It was more hassle than actually dming creators myself to set up deals. Only got half of what I thought I was paying for. Extremely Disappointed.

Abysmal service. Do NOT use!After waiting over 2 weeks, they sent me a video...It had the WRONG creator in the video.When I pointed out it was the wrong creator, they just said the video had been made, so there was no refund.Will never use again.
