Pros:

There are more images and videos than a person could ever use. The search is extremely user-friendly, and image descriptions make it easy to get to what you are looking for quickly. The trick is not spending all your time browsing at the massive amount of offerings.

Cons:

There are a great deal of images and sometimes you need to go through several pages to get just the right one. However, that's a small price to pay for what you get.

Pros:

Shuttlerock allows us to execute video creative smarter, not harder. It also helps us to utilize, repurpose, and scale the large library of assets that we currently have at our disposal. Shuttlerock's quick turn service has been a huge help to our marketing teams, and has given us better quality creative in less time.

Cons:

Day-to-day project management seems to bottleneck a bit. We are currently considering the premium level subscription, partially due to this obstacle. For me to have to be the middleman between my different teams & shuttlerock cloud often results in project delays. Having a more hands on project/account manager would greatly help in this area.

Reasons for switching to Shuttlerock

The creative assets that our in-house team was able to DIY in Canva just weren't cutting it. We knew we needed more dynamic, more engaging video content that was beyond our means.

Pros:

Their team members are so helpful in managing your project flow, ensuring your relationship with their company has open communication, eager to help with any roadblocks. Very creative team members and can do the most with the smallest amount of information.

Cons:

This is a hard question to answer, as Shuttlerock has been a great company to work with, but possibly the pricing.

I like how it takes a lot of repetitive tasks that we have and streamlines it to a weekly turnaround

Cons:

Sometimes if we need a project sooner than later, we would have to wait a minimum of 3 days. We would like a 1 day turnaround option.

Having to submit all revisions via their platform was often not as easy as gathering our team's internal revisions on a Google doc and then sending that to our rep.

Shuttlerock's turnaround times and communication are what sets it apart from other vendors. Very open to feedback and can have multiple projects open at once, making it easy for multiple teams to use.

Cons:

It is important to be specific in asks in creative as it sometimes has to go through multiple rounds to get the desired outcome. However, reps are very communicative and understanding.

The cloud is easy to use and upload all files that the team needs in order to create an asset.

Cons:

It would be cool if there were music options to help when deciding what works for the assets. Also, I would love a shorter term contract-- like a 6 month option would have been great for our type of business.
