About Blueface Unified Communications
Blueface is a unified communication management solution that helps enterprises engage with the clients, employees and other stakeholders via messages and video/audio calls. The platform offers call management capabilities, which allow users to view and update availability status, conduct video calls and share screens during group meetings.
Blueface allows organizations to add and edit users, devices, phone lines, call strategies, and sites through a self-service web portal. It offers a host of features such as fax to email, disaster recovery, extension dialling, contacts management, call barring, remote working, call recording, reporting and more. Additionally, administrators can configure office timing to streamline call forwarding, monitor call activities across teams in real-time and add custom on-hold music for callers.
Blueface lets managers establish custom rules to automate call routing using the built-in call flow designer. Pricing includes monthly subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.
