BrightTALK Channels is a cloud-based webinar solution that helps businesses of all sizes with channel setup, live video streaming and lead management. Its key features include content analysis, video creation, intent tracking, pipeline management, content marketing and analytics.
The application comes with a studio module which enables users to create campaigns, publish videos and measure conversions. With the AI-based targeting tool, teams can connect segmented audiences with trending topics. Further, marketing and sales teams can use this system to measure viewer engagement metrics and nurture leads.
BrightTALK integrates with third-party applications such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot and Eloqua. The application is available on a monthly subscription and support is offered via chat.

We wanted to do webinars at scale. What's happening is that our webinar registrants are now "subscribers" to their channels and get solicited to join irrelevant webinars.

Again, let's make sure you're using this and getting value from this. - Building a community of subscribers is what drives record-breaking views and repeat engagement for our clients. - Recommendations are AI-powered and based on historical views of a user. The accuracy of the recommendations have generated 2-3x lifts in re-engagement. Our users LOVE the accuracy of our recommendations. So I want to better understand which examples you're referencing. Way too many follow on emails

I recommended that we not use this software for events because of the amount of email suggestions that were sent out after signing up for an event. We would not want our customers to think that we were pushing any of that to them or have them not register for an event to avoid the emails.
