A Smaller ABM Vendor That Punches Above Its Weight

I’ve worked with the giants in ABM, but Propensity is the rare smaller vendor that punches far above its weight. It delivers faster, listens more closely, and makes the ABM experience genuinely enjoyable. It has become a trusted partner for running account-based campaigns end to end - from targeting to activation to measurement. I look forward to logging in because I know the platform will keep delivering value and evolving alongside my needs.

Propensity is easy to use, fast to implement, and constantly improving. The account scoring and prioritization features are accurate and actionable, making targeting clear. The Salesforce integration is seamless, and the frequent product updates show the team really listens to customer feedback. Their customer support is the best I’ve experienced - fast, thoughtful, and focused on real outcomes.
Cons:
Because the product evolves so quickly, it can take some effort to keep up with all the new features. Reporting is strong but still maturing - I’d love to see more advanced customization options over time.
