About Beyond ARM

Beyond ARM is a cloud-based and on-premise debt collection software for businesses of all sizes. It is suitable for Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), financial services, government, health care, legal, consumer lending and commercial lending companies. Primary features include Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), predictive dialling, credit/risk scoring, reporting and analytics.

It helps companies reduce the debt collection time and increase customer receivables. Other features include e-signatures, e-payment processing, secure AR/debitor communication, collection agency client communication, bill and document presentment.

Beyond ARM allows business managers and staff to manage the accounts receivables, define on screen design and action workflow of the system. It offers integration with QwikDial, CompuMail, FocusOne, RevSpring, LexisNexis and others. The QwikDial integration provides users an inbound IVR with predictive and messaging dialing solutions. It offers support via email and over a phone.

    Fantastic Team

    Working with the team over at Dakcs/ Beyond has been a fantastic experience. I have been through a few system conversions in my day and by far this had been the least painful. Shout out to [sensitive content hidden] they were all fantastic and made this process much less painful than it could have been. The support they provided has been unmatched.

    I think Beyond has a lot of capabilities and is an overall user firendly system. I found the entire team to be fantastic to work with from implementation to customs and support. We have an interesting work flow and are in a different line of business then they are more familiar with working with on a regular basis The team was always great with offering support and coming up with great solutions to tackle our many requests and possible issues we faced. Having the customer success team here for our implentation week was great in ensuring our transition was a successful one. Everyone at Dakcs has been fantastic to deal with.
    Cons:
    I think one of the challenges we ran in to was due to our line of business and work flow in getting some things to work most effeciently for us like our internal letter process(s). Due to how we have chosen to work accounts through the project ques it is a bit harder to track employee productivity but we are also newer to the system so there is likely something we can figure out.

    Versatility and innovation - Beyond is a program that is highly customizable, as long as you have some tech/coding knowledge or are willing to learn it.
    Cons:
    It takes a lot of knowledge of the system to troubleshoot. There are a lot of little things that can be accidentally done or not done, then you need to know what possible fields cause certain affects.

    We have been with DAKCS software since 1987 and have used Beyond for as long as it has been around.

    It allows us to take away a lot of the decisions from the collectors. We can make decisions based on 100s of pieces of information in the account. This makes compliance and client satisfaction a breeze!

    Our top 3 favorites are, ease of training for new hires, the data vault, and triggered actions. These three things makes the collection process run more smoothly and increases our bottom line.
    Cons:
    Update flaws, occasionally when an update comes out it breaks something that worked fine before. DAKCS support team is always quick to make a patch.

    Cons:
    The only thing I can think of is like most software you do not know the full functionality and everything that is available outside of daily functions until you come accross a situation that brings it to light. When this situation occurs someone from the support team has been able to walk us through it and give us instruction on how to work.
