Clarcity streamlined the purchasing process for my schools.

I have been using Clarcity for about 6 months now. At first I was a little skeptical about the process. Now I would not want to be without Clarcity. I am a bookkeeper for 4 elementary schools. All of my staff uses Clarcity for their credit card transactions and reimbursements. Shared staff uses the mileage feature as well. Now that everyone is on the system, processing payments to vendors and staff has become so much easier. I also like that as an administrator I can go back and find a charge for anyone to see what budget account was used. This is huge when trying to forecast budget balances during interim check runs and year end spend down. I would recommend Clarcity to anyone with more that 10 staff to track. Clarcity is definitely a time-saver.

Clarcity makes it easy to report and manage expenses. Users can use their mobile device or their computer to enter their expenses, take pictures of receipts and add them. Expenses can be assigned a reviewer who can then review the expenses and approve them. If the expense is questionable, the reviewer can also push it back to the user to correct it before approving it.

I work for the transportation department at a local school district and we have just started using this system to report our activity trips and meal reimbursements. Overall it works great. I am able to enter all of my data and I get paid in a timely manner for my reimbursements. The only negative is that there sure are a bunch of steps and buttons to press going through the process. Our secretary had to print up an 18 step instruction page to help our employees to enter all of their data for one meal reimbursement at a time. Without that instruction page, I would be confused as to what to do! Maybe you could simplify the process for the average person by allowing all of the information to be filled out in 1 or 2 windows.

Clarcity is an effective, efficient management tool!

I've been using Clarcity for about 4 months. At first it was hard for my staff to navigate. Now that everyone is on board it has made my job of reviewing travel reimbursement and school purchases so much easier. I would recommend Clarcity to anyone who have more than 10 employees. This has really sped up the payment processing time and enabled my staff to track their expenditures in a way we had never thought of. Thank you!

I use this multiple times per month to process company card transactions as well as to approve employee expense reports. In each situation, Clarcity does what I expect. The Android app is easy and quick enough to use. The itemization of expenses can be a bit lengthy within the site. That could use some user friendly magic dust. Other than that, it's a great value for the cost as compared to ADP and other counterparts.
