Invoice Simple App Review

An excellent service, providing my company with ability to Create, Edit and send invoices to my customers while I can still continue worrking, enabling me to reduce time spent in the office.

The ability to use the app through my phone and also on a laptop and PC and for the app to seamlessly update on all devices

Cons:

It appears not to remove or balance money that is owed back to the supplier

Pros:

Ease of use. Cheap. Saves your contacts. Different currencies available, optional tax feature. Preview mode.

Cons:

Unable to CC anyone, only able to send to one email address. I contacted customer service to see if there was anyway to send to multiple people and they said not at the moment. It seems like a basic features to me that shouldn't be too hard to add to the service.

Awful, attitude stinks & revert you to the terms & conditions even when they are at fault !! Absolute joke

The software is easy to set up & all works well, except when you want to cancel your subscription.

Cons:

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE & DONT USE THEM When you cancel they still take your subscription!, I canceled & sent support an email & 10 months after cancelling I find they are still taking my payments. I have again canceled & they refuse to credit my 10 months overpayment DO NOT USE ------DO NOT USE-------DO NOT USE

Like it says on the tin - Simple Invoicing!

Overall I find it easy to use and it has made my hobbies look so much like a professional business that I will need to pay tax on the income...

Pros:

It does take a while to set up the custom features like business details, items, prices, taxes etc. However, once this is set up, with a few clicks or taps on the screen, you can send a simple (that's what it's called) but sufficiently professional invoice send to someone by email or text, who will hopefully pay you. It is great for reoccurring invoices where all you change is the date and a few details. You can also record a payment if done offline, for example, paid in cash as is my experience. You can even add attachments to your invoice.

Cons:

There does not seem to be a place for you to record customer comments but then again maybe that is the job of another CRM software and app as this one is Simply for Invoicing...

The last thing that you want to worry about is sending bills and invoices. True to form (and to its name!) Invoice Simple is simple and easy!

Cons:

No issues whatsoever, I love the Paypal integration that just launched!

I liked most the ability to preview the invoice in your browser with one click. I liked the easily filled-out form fields.

Cons:

The thing I disliked about Invoice Simple was the overall design, however, I did appreciate its simplicity.

ease of use at first but that's got worse as you use it more when changes are needed

Cons:

I have had to change the settings tab as my business details had to update this is fine if you add new invoices or estimates but look at previous estimates or invoices and the system crashes as it cant take different data 2 weeks of contact support has not helped as just e mail based .

VERY EASY TO USE AND I LOVE THE ALERTS I GET WHEN MY ESTIMATES HAVE BEEN READ!!!

Cons:

SOMETIMES WHEN I SEND A NEW ESTIMATE OR INVOICE IT SENDS WITH IT THE LAST NOTES FROM THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER. CONFUSES MY CUSTOMERS AND FRUSTRATES ME.

Had a minor billing issue which i emailed about on a Saturday night at 10pm. Literally within 3 minutes of writing the email i had received a reply and the issue was completely resolved. Any company that has such a strong focus on customer service, is a company i want to do business
