About InvoiceQuick

InvoiceQuick is a cloud-based solution that helps startups, freelancers, and small businesses create custom invoices to receive payments from clients. The platform enables users to generate daily, monthly or weekly recurring invoices and send automated estimates to customers for approval.

InvoiceQuick includes a customer management module, which allows organizations to record customer details and manage customer history and activity and view pending/collected payments and profits on a centralized dashboard. Administrators can create personalized invoices with predefined templates and custom logos and send automatic reminders to customers for due payments. Additionally, freelancers can receive automated notifications for payment status or when clients open, view or click on invoices.

InvoiceQuick offers various features such as income and expense accounts, cash flow monitoring, statistics dashboard and more. It is available for free and on monthly/annual subscriptions. Support is extended via email, FAQs and other online measures.

Easy to Use

They had a very long free trial so it was a no brainer to use; but when the trial expired I had to decide if I wanted to make my own, inferior, invoices for free or pay a little to continue using their product. I'm a full time artist and so I typically only need to invoice 1-4 clients a month so I currently have the time to make my own invoices but if I ever did need to purchase an invoice product / service this would be the one.

Easy to Use All the features I could want The invoices look nice & professional (not d.i.y.)

Cons:

They allow additional comments to be added to the bottom of invoices but the comments are almost like fine print & it did cause a little fiasco for me one time (the client didn't see that the invoice was only for half).

Pros:

InvoiceQuick is really intuitive and makes creating custom invoices a breeze. The invoices reach a customer's inbox with 100% reliability and the automated follow ups, when needed, help you get the payments. What's more? If you want a feature, the team is responsive to develop and roll it out. All in all a promising SaaS. Don't be on the fence anymore!

Cons:

Not cons, but the following features would make InvoiceQuick even more awesome for me: - Custom SMTP: it'd be helpful to be able to set up my own AWS SES as the SMTP server so I can use my domain to send - allowing for a complete white label experience. - Define Financial Year: In India, the FY is 01 April to 31 March. It'd be really helpful to be able to set the start of financial year based on local accounting needs. - Balance Sheet: Possibility to create and email a balance sheet for tax filing straight to the accountant - Integrate InvoiceQuick with VBOUT CRM / Marketing Automation so a new customer can be pushed to a contact list

Pros:

We use it for recurring invoicing and automated payment processing. Our customer get a pdf invoice and a link to process payment. All we pay is the monthly fee which is super cheap compared to everything else we’ve used and don’t have to worry about them charging us percentage or commissions of our stripe transactions! Very transparent.

Cons:

Initially we didn’t have the ability to manage items but that was added earlier this year and it’s just perfect!

When I went freelance I was looking for a tool that was easy to use and was not too expensive. Starting out, I didn't have many paying clients. This tool checked all the boxes.

Cons:

I have no complaints, great tool. Easy to use and I get all my invoices out quickly.
