About Dito CRM

Dito CRM is a customer relationship management software that helps businesses manage client data, campaigns, agenda, customer experiences, and more. Teams can concentrate and unify customer records, both in physical stores and eCommerce platforms. It allows administrators to segment consumers by specific groups, considering characteristics and purchasing behaviors.

The platform enables managers to connect with different customer segments via personalized email marketing, SMS and push notifications.
