I use it all the time - it's an excellent tool. My musicians particularly appreciate the app with the tour book and all the integrated assets, which makes everything easily accessible for everyone on the road.
Cons:
Honestly, there isn't much I dislike about SystemOne. If I had to mention something, it would be helpful to have even more customization options for certain features, but overall the platform works extremely well for my needs.

I liked SystemOne better and Bob Booking was very expensive for a soloo artist

I like it's flexibility and how it's so easy to customise it to our needs. I like how the events look in the calendar feed, and that it is so adjustable.
Cons:
I wish finances were better, and I still have to to a lot of work in excel, because there are no good touring finance systems

Great production tool!

Very positive! I had a e-sign training session with [sensitive content hidden] that was very useful and she is really good at explaining for someone who is new to the e-sign feature! This is a very good service that you provide, and it was very useful. Another positive thing is how easy it is to get in contact with your service team whenever we have questions or need help with setting things up, or changing something in our system. SystemOne is easy to customize, and your tutorials/ help sections are great when feeling stuck!

Pros:
Easy to use, and easy to learn or teach. The interface is very intuitive and understandable even in the beginning of using it.
Cons:
Some of the boxes that pop up when adding new info on promoters or venues, this means you have to switch between multiple windows if you copy/ paste info from for instance an email. I would rather be able to put in the info right in the production page. This is mostly annoying when working on a small screen offcourse, so it´s not a big problem, but it would make the process a bit more seamless when working on tour or out of the office :) Another thing is that our artists often get logged out/ lose their password and it seems like they can´t update it themselves but we need to go in to the system and reset the password for them to be able to update it. It would save some time and emails/ calls if they could just do it themselves with a "forgot password" option. This also means we have to log into the computer, and can´t do it from the phone app (as far as I know), which can be tricky if you don´t have your computer.

The structure of the pages, the task manager, the database and extra features such as advancement info and logistic info.
Cons:
There are many aesthetic changes being made while other updates should perhaps be given more priority.

Pros:
The UI is extremely easy to navigate and therefore a lot of time is saved with booking and advancing shows, generating contracts and invoices, logging payments and much more.
Cons:
It would be very handy if the external user profile (for artists) was more complete. For example if they could also see their invoices and track payments.

fast overview over all events, monthly, weekly and so on. exclusivity check + the map feature are very helpful
Cons:
it would be nice to see the full dress of hotels in the normal date overview again because if you have 2 hotels in the same city you might overview the correct address and put in the wrong hotel.

Cons:

System one makes my life as a Booking agent easier. I don't need to consult external calendars or send endless emails to our artists with their show data because they can see everything on the Software and undoubtedly this saves me so much time.

System One is a very intuitive software, always easy to use on the agent side and on the artist side.
Cons:
I certainly would like the mobile app to work like the desk version. However, you can't do anything with it, not create shows or edit them, but only see the inputs you entered in the desk version. It would be useful to be able to work from the mobile app.
