Cons:

There’s nothing I dislike. There are a few features I haven’t used, but I don’t dislike them. The only thing I feel is missing is information about labor time.

ITS BEEN JUST OK. WE REALLY MISS OUR OLD SOFTWARE AND EASY IT WAS TO VIEW AND MAKE CHANGES. ALSO THE LOOK OF THE INVOICE WAS VERY EASY FOR CUSTOMERS TO READ AND SEE THE DETAILS OF THE REPAIR. I KNOW THIS IS AN AUTOMOTIVE SOFTWARE, JUST WAS HOPING FOR SOMETHING A LITTLE EASIER FOR US TO USE AS AN RV REPAIR CENTER

torque360 is AMAZING!

it has been absolutely amazing all of the staff has been super kind and easy to work with, our coordinator [sensitive content hidden] has been a huge help with every question we've had and he is an absolute joy to work with and is in constant contact with us to help us navigate our future with torque360. the website itself has been amazing to work with, its versatility makes it easy to use for our staff and easy for our customers to read and understand when it comes to invoices

Cons:

The only issue I've been having is with inventory count not being right after I add something to an invoice.
