About Barberly

Barberly is a comprehensive salon and barbershop software. It was developed in close cooperation with barbering industry representatives to cover the required features.

Barberly offers a wide range of tools for appointment scheduling and communication with clients: custom mobile application, the branded website with booking functionality, configurable appointments widget, appointment web page to share in social media, QR poster to engage salon visitors and passers-by into the booking process, and self-check-in kiosk with appointment board for walk-ins.

The software includes an integrated notification system, customer data management, and loyalty program. Barberly also provides employee management tools and includes marketing activities. It can be managed from both, web (management portal) and mobile (business app) versions. Barberly helps automate business activities and fits for either freelance barbers or a network of barbershops or salons.

I love the fact that you can build an app

Cons:

The business app needs to be simplified. When it comes to reviewing appointments. Taking payments, and rescheduling, things need to be as simple as possible. For a barber you don’t want to have to keep goi g from one page to another to complete a service. There is no way to instantly take a payment. If you want more advise contact me

Pros:

Was really worried about going to appointments ! This appointment app makes it so easy to set up and use The customer service was great and very patient with me! Just go for it!!💈💈

Cons:

Some customers got a little stuck at first but with some guidance it worked, some had to delete app and reinstall app and it worked!

Barbershop Owner

After searching across the board for a booking system that worked for me and business this was by far the best that is available. Right from the start I have had support. Compared to all the most popular booking systems that are available that people tend to go for because they are well know , I feel this company beats them all and keeps on getting better and better. I would highly recommend.

Easy to use, easy to set up, great app for customers and for owner, always live never goes down, fantastic customer service, very reasonable pricing.

Cons:

Would prefer to be able to edit more on the mobile app instead of having to log onto the portal.
