Pros:

The Metronome team are great. They were able to quickly understand a set of complex processes and map them in digital form, with all of the intricacies that businesses have, to provide an in system digital process twin. This supports and promotes process compliance and consistent data capture which is really valuable.

Cons:

The Metronome team are still working on some of the user interfaces which will improve navigation.

Absolutely incredible team that put the customers at the heart of the business. Always listening for feedback and making lightning fast changes to improve customer experience. If you want a company that listens, improves, and provides a great product then metronome is for you!

Pros:

One of the key features that draws you to metronome is the customisation. You can recreate your business processes step by step in incredible detail. You won’t find this level of customisation anywhere else. Once you have created processes these can then be mapped to different work sites which allows you to easily distribute tasks internationally without fully recreating them again. Version updating allows you to update all processes at once which again is a huge benefit to a fast growing company.

Cons:

A set-up wizard would be useful for new sign ups that don’t understand the system. Due to its full customisation I can understand it may be slightly overwhelming at the beginning, once you see it’s full potential however, this will be a game changer to your company processes!

Process Metronome dispatche automatiquement les activités, en fonction du contexte, à de multiples interlocuteurs. Ce qui engendrait auparavant des boucles de mails à n'en plus finir est aujourd'hui automatisé. Et surtout nous avons une visibilité totale sur ce qui était éparpillé à droite et à gauche. L'intégration native avec slack a transformé notre utilisation de cet outil de communication.

Cons:

L'interface n'est pas le même pour les managers et les opérationnels mais l'utilisation est différente également.

Pros:

Suite à un paramétrage très simple et rapide, nous avons découvert à l'usage quels étaient les processus opérationnels à l'œuvre dans notre organisation. Et ce même sans les décrire au départ. En partant d'une idée générale globale, l'application en déduit qui fait quoi au quotidien. A partir de là nous avons pu automatiser certaines actions et diffuser largement les bonnes pratiques.

Cons:

L'administration de l'application est centralisée chez nous au siège. Les services gagneraient à être plus autonomes.

Metronome s'adapte à nos processus et non l'inverse. L'environnement no code permet une prise en main rapide et un déploiement en quelques heures.

Cons:

Le reporting peut encore être amélioré mais l'outil est encore jeune et l'équipe travaille dessus.

Déployer des processus terrain de manière globale à l'échelle du groupe en quelques minutes. L'intégration avec le reste du reste du SI est un plus.

Pouvoir cloner notre organisation très rapidement pour que l'affectation des actions dépende du poste/rôle et non plus de la personne. Pouvoir déployer sur des centaines d'utilisateurs en quelques minutes seulement.

Cons:

L'intégration de SAP a été très rapide par contre pour des logiciels moins connus il faut attendre plusieurs semaines que l'équipe les ajoute à la bibliothèque.

Intégration rapide et facilité avec une interface administrateur qui offre de nombreuses possibilités de paramétrage. On comprend vite l'architecture du logiciel pour définir les process et les faire évoluer avec son besoin.

Cons:

C'est un produit jeune qui ne demande qu'à évoluer et intégrer de nouvelles améliorations pour faciliter l'interface avec ses utilisateurs.
