Guest Tracker Campground & Lodging Software is a reservation management software that is designed for Campgrounds, Lodging, and RV Parks. TCS Technologies has been designing and implementing software solutions for 15+ years and Guest Tracker has been successfully installed in over 1,000 Campgrounds.
Guest Tracker Campground & Lodging Software add on Features includes a full suite of advanced applications like online booking engines for your website, OTA Connections including Bookings.com and Expedia, Credit Card Processing, Quickbooks Accounting integration, & guest marketing management.
Additional add-on enhancements available through Guest Tracker include a point-of-sale (POS) functionality for full service Campgrounds. Reservation data can be exported to Excel, PDF’s, reports and graphs, giving management a clear picture of opportunities for growth. This solution can be installed on-premise or deployed through our Guest Tracker Cloud based PMS anywhere.
