About rSchoolToday

rSchoolToday Facilities Scheduler is a cloud-based scheduling solution for educational institutions that helps users book buildings, rooms, fields and equipment for scheduled activities and community events.

Facilities Scheduler provides a real time view of activities and staff locations. It features a public online facilities request form, printable reports on clients’ reservations and payment histories. Data can be exported to Microsoft Excel, and other features include request and approval routing, as well as automatic email notifications.

Facilities Scheduler also features a built-in calendar that displays bookings as they are approved. The solution supports payments via check, cash or interdepartmental transfer. Batch invoices are supported, and users can also send statement reports and overdue invoice notices.

Services are offered on an annual subscription basis after one-time setup fee. Support is available via phone, email and live chat.

Facilities Scheduler

The overall experience has been wonderful. I don't have any complaints. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the IT team have always been on the ball and quick to answer and trouble shoot anything I've thrown their way. Especially during this pandemic when our district closed they were able to do a manual cancellation on all of our events and never hesitated once about it.

Pros:

The product is very easy to use. When I do phone training, I'm able to train the user while doing other tasks. That's how well I know the system with how our district uses it. I'm also impressed by the amazing customer service that rSchoolToday, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has provided us for the past eight years. They have been able to customize our invoicing process to talk to our PeopleSoft system.

Cons:

Wow, this is going to be hard. I would have to say that prior to their Global cancellations, that would have been a con, but they were able to roll this out recently. I haven't used it yet, but it will be very helpful when we have school closures.

I believe that their product was superior compared to the other products we reviewed during the RFP process. It also met our Athletic Departments needs as well.

The Facility Scheduler is so easy to use and so robust with features it meets our every need, it communicates with thier rWorkOrder and Activity Scheduler systems seamlessly and saves us a lot of time..would recommend it for any school.

Pros:

The quick start up is so easy to set up, the company does the initial installation and walks you through every step. We rely on this program for all our calender and rental activities, it does the scheduling, electronic contracts, billing and everything you need to run a full-scale operation. Gives email reminders to everyone, our custodial folks love it.

Cons:

A few graphs would be nice in the reports section - would like to see graphs in color to provide reporting and compare year to year progress
