Cons:

The software is still under construction regarding the user interface. The search for data, although it has improved since the beginning of the project, is still not fluid

E' un software che abbiamo sviluppato sulle nostre esigenze e necessità, con una grandissima flessibilità di progettazione, gestione e utilizzo. Si è adattato perfettamente alle nostre richieste. Siamo riusciti a sviluppare un percorso di monitoraggio dei consumi e prestazionale dei nostri impianti, oltre che digitalizzare, gestire e monitorare le performance manutentive di svariati asset.

Cons:

Nessuno in particolare. Quando abbiamo riscontrato problematiche o spunti migliorativi sono stati prontamente sistemati secondo le nostre necessità.

Scops a supporto dell'energy saving

Gestione di tutti i consumi energetici in modo centralizzato, con anomaly detection, heatmap del plant, dashboard pubblica, simulazione dei consumi futuri, ecc. Alto livello di supporto agli utenti, sia durante la fase di implementazione che nel supporto successivo.

Nuovo approccio all'utilizzo dei dati, automazione di operazioni time consuming, molta soddisfazione degli utenti, benefici tangibili ottenuti in tempi veloci.

Cons:

Difficoltà iniziale a far capire il nuovo approccio agli utenti, ma la gestione del progetto in modalità agile ha aiutato molto, portando risultati veloci e subito tangibili.

Non abbiamo fatto una selezione di prodotti alternativi, si è trattato di un progetto pilota in ambito Digital, visto il successo del pilota ne abbiamo via via esteso l'utilizzo.

Facile da installare, facile da configurare, gode soprattutto di una ottima assistenza da parte dell'Azienda che lo ha sviluppato.

Cons:

Nessun punto debole particolare. Ovvio ricordare che è necessario l'impegno dell'end user per la definizione dell'ambito di lavoro del SW e per il fine tuning.

Idea semplice ma efficace

Ottima esperienza; dalla semplicità di uso alla flessibilità del prodotto, alle attività sviluppo e di customer care, entrambi molto reattivi e cortesi.

Pros:

Fino a non troppo tempo fà, internet e la "vita reale" erano due dimensioni distinte. Oggi non è più così, e scops si basa su un'idea semplice ma geniale: poter trasformare gli asset fisici in fonti di dati digitali. Una volta che il dato è digitalizzato si possono fare analisi e azioni correttive in maniera puntuale e con tempi di reazione molto bassi. In particolare di Scops mi ha colpito la flessibilità: nella mia azienda lo abbiamo usato per inserire i QR code in un mailing (e avere istantaneamente i dati sulle aperture), ma può essere usato anche per la sicurezza sul lavoro e, una volta imparate le basi, non c'è un vero limite ai possibili utilizzi.

Cons:

Nel momento in cui l'ho utilizzata, dava solo limitate possibilità di customizzazione alla parte grafica. Devo però dire che il team di sviluppo è molto reattivo, ha subito preso in carico le nostre segnalazioni e ha già fatto delle modifiche in tal senso.

Molto utile quotidianamente per monitorare la flotta mezzi (mezzi/attrezzature ferme, motivo, tempi).

Cons:

Occorre navigare un pochino per cercare le info necessarie. Alcune ricerche devo ancora capire come poterle fare (es. preso un anno di riferimento, risalire velocemente ai fermi "più importanti/impattanti").

Il prodotto è facile da utilizzare, ha tutte le funzionalità richieste dalla mia azienda ed è in continua evoluzione. Inoltre l'assistenza clienti è estremamente professionale, disponibile ed efficiente.

Cons:
