About Outdore

Outdore is a cloud-based booking system designed for camp and glamp sites, combining the features of a PMS and OTA into a unified platform. It allows campsite managers to take commission-free online bookings on their website and seamlessly integrates finding additional bookings through our OTA, the Outdore App.

Outdore has a real-time calendar that displays all of your bookings from all sources on iOS, Android, tablet and desktop. The calendar also allows you to manually add phone or email reservations with invoices or block availability.

Our interactive map based booking journey saves you and your guests time, and opens increased income opportunities that no other system can offer.

Perfect tool for on-line Campsite bookings!

Excellent! Outdore does exactly what I need and does it in a very slick way!

Pros:

I love the ability for guests to seamlessly click through from my website to Outdore to complete their booking. The pricing structure is the best I have seen with no fixed costs and very low fees and commission. Effectively no fees for direct bookings). [sensitive content hidden] has been very helpful from the point I first stumbles across Outdore, providing professional and personal support throughout.

Cons:

Its not well known enough yet to function as a mainstream OTA but naturally, I prefer direct bookings!

I have to agree with you, we're not a mainstream OTA yet but the numbers are going in the right direction and we're quickly deploying improvements with (more) slick features to help make Outdore the default 'go-to'! We're committed to make it a better product than the rest and with a bit more time I'm confident we'll get there.

excellent service

very good, i am a technophobe. i managed to set up the account. i did run into an issue but was resolved with a call back. the call back was very quick and helped me identify my simple mistake.

Good, affordable booking managment system

Outdore has been great and met our expectations. We struggled to find a sofware that could adapt to our pricing. Whilst outdore didn't cope 'out the box' with our pricing, [sensitive content hidden] worked with us to find a method that suits and we ended up using length of stay discounts. We really liked that he didn't just say, sorry we don't do that, and he wanted to work with us to find a solution. Our pricing structure is not the easiest to follow!!

Speedy response to queries both during set up and post go live New features constantly being developed with suggestions taken onboard and implemented speedily

Cons:

No group booking feature - guests are unable to book all our units in one go and must book individually

Touring Caravan Site

Very helpful, whenever a problem occurred James would answer my message straight away with how he’d help. I think the site also helped get us new customers.
