Pros:
Parks is easy to use and runs seamlessly. We were using another company that couldn't do everything we needed. I found Park in a search and started looking into the app. They are so easy to work with. They had the initial work up for our sites in less than a week. The software is so easy for our staff to use but more importantly it's so easy for our Park guests to make their reservations. The staff was able to allow us to reserve our ball fields on hourly timeslots as well. We asked for certain tweaks to make it work and they came through with speed and ease.
Cons:
The only con I had in getting started is that they only work with one processing company. I really can't say it's a con because it was easy to get set up with that company and the accounting aspect is easy as well

Best Campground Booking Site EVER!

I've been online for 2 days, I've been able to upload all my guest, unlike other reservation systems these guys had all my sites in order and even updated my map for me. This saved me so much time.

Can't say enough about Joshua, he has been over the top professional and helpful. Any questions I've had he's instantly responded and helped me. So nice to work with someone down to earth.
Cons:
So far nothing. Everything has been fabulous. Customer Service and Support is top notch. Keep up the good work.

My overall experience was great with Park and our Rep [sensitive content hidden]. I like that I was able to work with 1 person through the weeks that it took us to implement Parks on our website and if I have questions I would email [sensitive content hidden] and receive a reply back within a day.

Customer support from [sensitive content hidden] was great! She walked me through everything and answered all my questions. The reservation entering was easy to once I was showing how to use the site. Very user friendly once you get using it.
Cons:
The only con with I have would be that we have to use Stripe as our payment system vs using what we already had in place.

The cost to use Park's was very much less to use and they did not charge us a fee when we are not taking reservations during the off season.

It has been exceptional moving from a competitive application to Park. Specifically, [sensitive content hidden] has been such a delight to work with as has the rest of the staff there as they were patient and understanding and extremely efficient getting our campground set up.

Pros:
The ease of dragon drop for moving campers around various campsite is a delight. That coupled with being able to manage our entire operation from our iPhones has given us back the ability to be with our guests and not behind a desk. The park application has really changed, our ability to provide a better product to our campers!
Cons:
The only thing is point of sale transactions, but that is being resolved as Park has recently released that feature, so really don’t have any cons to speak of.

Reasons for switching to Park

Simply put Park is a more elegant application, making it easier for campers to book reservations, and it did not cost us anything for the application as the camper pays a fee, which they happily do. Campspot did not provide any flexibility, and seems to be much older and harder to work with than what we found with Park.

See about my previous comments but like I said, you have to see a demo to believe it. What a asset Park has been for our campsite, it was that I came across them at a local campsite management show.

I could not be happier with my results switching to Park. They have been provided quick service & been very trustworthy. [sensitive content hidden] was patient and answered all my questions being very professional. Amazing experience to see how simple it is compared to others in the space that seem to be build on older technology I guess. Get a demo and watch how easy it is to drag and drop reservations. “[sensitive content hidden] was the best!
Cons:
Having Point of Sale was my only gripe but it is being released so I could not be happier, thank you Park team!

I appreciate the support end of the product. I am able to be in contact with one of the founders of the program and to me that makes a huge impact.
Cons:
I have found a few quirks to the system, but upon mentioning them to the support team they have been either rectified or fixed in an update to the system.

Effortless Reservations and Happy Campers - Thanks to Park!

We are a smaller campground. [sensitive content hidden] and the entire staff at Park has made us feel like we were just as important, and valuable to them as any other campground out there. Park prides themselves in Customer Service, and they go above and beyond to make you feel valued. I would recommend Park to any campground, no matter your size. They are an absolute joy to work with. From the beginning, through maintenance, to on boarding, to training, to after launch resources and continued customer service.

Finding PARK was a true relief.
