The app was instantly useful and very easy to use, both company side and crew. The Customer support, onboarding, training and supporting videos are excellent. This app enables us to quickly onboard team with all the necessary checks we need. Publishing shifts, inviting staff and seeing who is available take moments giving us more time to do all the other jobs on the to do list!
Cons:
We have only just started using it and we've not found anything we do not like yet. One change that we felt useful was sending shifts to people in a geographical radius and this is already scheduled for an up coming update.

An incredibly user-friendly service, for both admins and staff. A helpful and informed customer service team. Incredibly customisable in order to suit the needs of your business.
Cons:
Took some trial and error to get the process set up, but once we had everything sorted, Liveforce was simple and effective to use.

The Liveforce team are prepared to listen and create/adapt solutions to problems they had not predicted. Once versed in its use teams are automatically briefed and organised. Brilliant.
Cons:
It is not user friendly on a phone, especially not Samsung . It also has not found a solution for a good operational overview that is better then names in cells.

It is so user friendly - extremely easy for both myself & candidates to use and it looks gorgeous! With Liveforce we are able to fill our bookings within moments and our staff are kept up to speed at all times. The support team are also always available, quick to respond and more than willing to work on finding solutions to any issues we have come across.
Cons:
There are a few little things we are working through to enable Liveforce to integrate with our current system but the support team are actively working with us to find solutions.

So flexible and easy to use both as a user and on the admin side. It enables you to fill bookings quickly and efficiently especially when working on many different jobs.
Cons:
Unfortunately it doesn't facilitate all recruitment needs and therefore I can see this as a negative for some companies who are looking for one package.

All our staff is finding the app so user-friendly that booking staff in has become second nature, our job roles have changed from just sitting filling positions all day to actually having the time to maintain and build the relationships with our staff and our clients.
Cons:
The compliance elements of the software are currently a tad loose, however, it is in the works of changing and with how fast and responsive the Liveforce team is with updates and progression I have no doubt this will change very soon!
