MaintainX has been a essential minute by minute tool for managing our multi-location operations, and I want to highlight how great and supportive [sensitive content hidden] has been throughout the entire process. He has taken the time to understand our workflows and has been extremely responsive in helping us get our reporting and setup exactly how we need it. He's shown me so many cooler features and hacks to help me manage my 50+ site flow. What I like best about MaintainX is how easy it makes it to track, assign, and follow up on maintenance tasks across multiple locations in real time. The interface is user-friendly, and the ability to attach photos, documents, and comments to each request helps ensure clear communication and accountability. I also appreciate the customizable checklists and the flexibility to set recurring tasks or preventive maintenance schedules, it really supports staying proactive rather than reactive.

The user friendliness of the tools and interface. Maintenance data is difficult to organize, and I feel like MaintainX has made it very accessible.
Cons:
There are certain features missing that I had hoped would be present just to help with how we currently manage work orders. For example, creating a recurring work order for a PM, that it would always generate a new PM based on the schedule regardless of the status of previous incomplete PMs.

User-friendliness was the biggest factor since we were not a maintenance oriented organization to start with.

The program itself is very easy to navigate, there is minimal training as it is very intuitive. The BEST part of MX is the onboarding. I was matched with a dedicated support/account manager [sensitive content hidden] to help us get going. The starting is not the hard part, it is continuing to meet milestones to make the program work for us. [sensitive content hidden] worked with me to make goals and ensure my company reached them. Without her guidance and setting timelines together, we would not have had the program up and running as fast as we did (a few months). Almost 2 years later we are using the program as an integral part of our oil and gas operations, and everyone uses it!
Cons:
It is time consuming to start to add all of the assets (however, there is a bulk upload which makes it easier!). A lot of up front work, but it makes it useable very quickly.

The only thing i can think of is the "reporting" aspect isnt entirely accurate. When asking to not show completed work orders, it still exports them.
