Good experience

My experience was great. It was really good using it in school. We often got our files in PDF and I was converting it to PPT to be able to write in the file during classroom. I was also very satisfied with quick response from the support teem. I sent them a message around 21 pm my time and I got an answer half an hour later. I wasn't expecting such a quick response so shout out to them for that.

Pros:

Smallpdf is very convenient. An all-in-one place for all my PDF-related needs, from merging and splitting PDFs to converting images straight into PDF. I can also edit PDF files. Easy to use and navigate as well. I have been using the free version and I'm really happy that Smallpdf provides so many services under this. My experience with customer support thus far is satisfying as they respond promptly.

Cons:

The only trouble I had so far is I availed of the free pro trial but missed to cancel it so I was charged automatically. The issue was resolved though so I am thankful for that. For a free service, the limited amount of downloads can suffice but sometimes you need to process more than the allowable limit.

Excellent application for working with PDF files ⭐

I have used Smallpdf to merge files in different formats into a single PDF, and it has saved me a significant amount of time thanks to its extremely simple and efficient process. I signed up for the 7-day free trial of the Pro plan, but I forgot to cancel it and was charged for a full year. I explained my situation, and fortunately, the customer support team carefully reviewed my case and decided to refund 11 months instead of charging me for the full 12-month subscription. I truly appreciate their understanding and willingness to help. I believe that a monthly renewal option would be more suitable and financially flexible for users like me. Although it has been nearly a week and I have not yet received the refund, I trust that the customer support team will follow through on what they communicated via email. I am very grateful for their understanding and support.
