EasyMeeting is the very nice software it makes communication effective since it brings security and privacy to communication within or between organizations. I like it's ability to provide an instant communication with people from different countries whether through the audio or video calls. On the set up itself is easy to install and manage and can be used in different gadget and its live chat feature is just amazing.

Cons:

I do not have any dislike on this software since it gives us what we need. We are using this product for almost 2 years now and everyone in our working team likes it including our customers.
