About JobFLEX

JobFLEX is a cloud-based construction estimation solution for small and midsize businesses that allows users to create professional quotes on site, while still in the field with a customer. Users can customize the quotes to include logos, photos, marketing collateral, drop-down menus. Quotes can be printed via a Bluetooth printer and can be emailed to the customer directly.

The Customer Management tool helps users organize sales, leads and opportunities. As appointments are scheduled, a member of a team can be assigned to connect with the potential customer to go through the entire sales process. The file manager creates a new file each time a new project is added and attaches all relevant files, photographs and documents to the project.

Pricing is either per month or per year. The solution is recommended for industries including concrete, landscaping, and distribution. Support is provided via an online forum, support ticket and email.

Generate invoices and estimates within minutes.

Overall its a good tool to generate professional invoices and also support custom images for invoices. Our customers feels legit with invoices that are generated with JobFlex.

Pros:

JobFlex is very simple and wonderful tool to create invoices and estimates for any contract or work. We mainly use this for invoice generate for our financial clients. The good thing is it's very easy-to-use and we can use this on mobile phone also.

Cons:

The User Interface for windows application looks outdated and lagging. They should release a native app for windows platform so that we can use this more conveniently.

I love this app because it allows me to create invoices and estimates for my clients and submit via e-mail immediately. It makes it easy to upload photos and create a more personalized estimate for each client, which mean more business and growth.

Cons:

I would love to be able to purchase my next license of this product on a desktop version.

Easy to use, simple user interface, quickly add items and photos to your quotes for a more professional look, incorporates your business logo and information to quotes, quickly and easily generate invoices from the customers quote for fast and easy payments, generates reports so you can keep track of quotes, sales customers and inventory.

Cons:

There haven't been any issues that I myself have come across while using the app that hasn't been resolved immediately.

Jobflex for Handyman

I love how easy it is to put quotes together. Has made my life much easier! Very professional layout and love how you can add pictures to a bid, that sets me apart with my customers. Really wish there was an option to create invoices though. I would give a perfect rating if I could slap together an invoice as quickly as a quote at the end of a job.
