I have tried other estimating software in the past and by far Patabid is the most user friendly with unbelievable customer support. I ask a question on how to do something and within minutes I have a response with a video on how to do it. They always follow up and offer a zoom tutorial if required. Not only do they have great customer support but they listen. I have mentioned to them on ways ( in my opinion) would make it better, shortly afterwards I get a notification that they have "updated" the program so it does what I had talked to them about. I have never heard of any software company that gives the support and listens to their clients like Patabid does. Good job and keep it!
