Pricing and poor ethics
1
Our team had an overall positive experience while using the product; however, when the renewal came around this year (nearly $7,000) they auto drafted for the entire year. I reached out because we have transitioned to a new CRM and will not be using their platform, I requested a refund but they refused. We’ve even reached out to the manager who hasn’t responded. I think it’s really crappy to take that amount of money from a small business knowing they’re not going to use the system. I understand there is a contract verbiage to notify 30 days in advance (which I failed to do) but to charge us fully for the entire year is unreasonable in my opinion. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend them.
