Pros:

The Tictrac HealthSteps app is easy to use and covers many different articles and action plans to help you live a healthier lifestyle. Employee wellness and engagement can be promoted through the monthly walking, running or cycling challenges available. Customizable client challenges are also supported by Tictrac.

Cons:

Better integration and synching with other fitness trackers on the market.

Reasons for choosing Dialogue

Tictrac offers HealthSteps, a wellbeing app, which we selected for our end customers, which includes a variety of interesting articles and videos to help improve your mental, financial and physical health. In the app you have the ability to follow an action plan of your choice, which will help you achieve your wellness goals, whether that is to lose weight, get more active or need help to stop smoking. There are monthly walking, cycling and running challenges which you can take part in. The app is user friendly and the content is constantly being updated.

Wellbeing Made Easy

It has been brilliant - wellness and wellbeing is so important from a HR stance but when you are a stand alone role there is only so much time you can spend on initiatives so this really makes life easy. I used to send round weekly meditation links for youtube and now I dont need to this is something employees can access whenever they want through the app. I think its affordable and there is a lot of information on there so each employee can find something suitable to them personally.

I like the fact it was cheap to purchase, easy to implement and it allows employees to have as much use / access as they choose and its tailored to them so its even better. My account manager has been outstanding, he is friendly and helpful and just made everything easy - if i had account management roles in our business I would want to employ him!! #[SENSITIVE CONTENT] #legend

Cons:

It would be great to have more activities added so that you could do more exercise - eg. weights, or hula hoop, or sit-ups
