Pros:

The team is very cooperative, onboarding was smooth after-sales support is great

Cons:

The product lacks basic analytics features, it works well as a chatbot but can't really analyze the data that you may need as a D2C brand. I am sure the team will come up with some better analytics features for their bot.

Pros:

Ease of use, customers find it helpful, repeated questions are automatically answered. Whatsapp already has a fine reputation so brand leverage works pretty good.

Cons:

Improvements: If it could learn from data, and customer behaviour. Raise tickets for HIGH degree queries and escalate them. Be more like a person less like a bot!
