They can communicate, see real-time updates on the situation, and access all critical documents playbooks, pre-drafted statements, and contact lists.

ShadowHQ includes real-time text message updates, multi-person video calls, audio-only calls, pre-built user groups that share a set of responsibilities, focused communications, and document storage.
