Pros:

If you are using Citrix based products such as XenDesktop and Xenapp it's a must to have. It protects any data being accessed by staff from virtual machines even when they are on a public computer. Whether you operate it on-prem, in the cloud or hybrid it has the flexibility that any organization demands. capabilities include its ability to integrate with other file share tools becoming the frontman for everything coming in and out of an organization.

Cons:

To get the most out of on-premise you need Netscaler Application Delivery (ADC) to leverage it's real power.

The ability to run as part of a Citrix XenDesktop environment was integral to the success of the data transformation projects.

The software is super easy to use. It uploads files very fast and I love the way it integrates into Outlook.

Cons:

It is a bit expensive for a sole practitioner who is required to have a minimum of three users (price is per-user).

Cons:

Compared to some other file sharing options, ShareFile doesn't integrate with as many other programs.Because ShareFile does not support offline access, you cannot access your files when you are not online. Occasionally, ShareFile might be sluggish, especially when uploading or downloading big files.

Pros:

Easy to navigate UI. ShareFile has an add-on that integrates into standard Outlook email platform. The add-on allows you to email large files using a secure third party FTP, where sensitive documents can only be accessed by permitted parties. It's easy to set permissions if you allow the document to be shared with others. Works well for cloud sharing documents and files where collaboration is needed. You can set a time duration for files to automatically delete themselves, so that makes managing storage capacity easier.

Cons:

No real cons that I can think of. Perhaps for some people who are not tech savvy might have trouble setting up their personal preferences, but this could apply to any software. I found it easy and intuitive to set up using the web app, mobile app, and the Outlook extension.

We needed a uniform cloud storage solution company wide. I was using a personal google drive to store and share files too large for email until we purchased ShareFile.

Very Nice we are using this platform as a mediator with our client. we are using 20 Administrator plan and very much satisfied. 20 TB storage is good enough for small organisation and there is an option available to increase the storage space it will more beneficial in case if we require. Overall its good.

Very nice app in this era for cloud storage in average cost. Folder Management is good. We can create and share with user's ID. Its also allowing us to share with links and with proper validity. In simple words its good to go.

Cons:

Responding very slow Like login and surfing in folders. As our experience with other cloud storage Sharefile take much time to for login authentication. Support team should rectify the speed and it may good to use in market if slowness remove.

Happily Working With ShareFile

My experience with ShareFile is a very positive one. I found it easy to upload, share, and work remotely. I find it so much easier to navigate than Dropbox.

Pros:

I never received any formal training on ShareFile, I was just invited on by an employer, and found it fairly simple to navigate. I like having the ability to securely share and edit so many documents, while keeping them all in one place.

Cons:

Once in a while, I find the uploads rather slow, but that's just once in a while, not too frequently.
