SignWell complies with industry standard e-signature laws and helps users to convert their sales and tracking documents to custom templates. SignWell also enables users to send various sales documents such as proposals, bids and estimates to their clients and get their approvals on the relevant documents.

Additionally, SignWell provides users with field suggest capability and the functionality to manage the contributions of multiple people working on specific documents. Services are available on a monthly or annual subscription basis that includes helpful support from real people (not automated).

Secure signing document software

SignWell is a very solid document signing software. It is easy to use and my clients like it. They feel very secure when using this system.

Pros:
Simple secure way to send and submit documents. My clients find it simple to use to approve documents. My company uses it primary for contracts and work agreements.
Cons:
Once a document is sent and if I want to reuse it for another piece of the project it is not easily editable. However, I do use the template which makes it easier.

SignWell is clean, intuitive, and easy to use. I was able to upload documents, add signature and date fields quickly, and send them out without the recipient needing to create an account.
Cons:
In the beginning, I had a little confusion around templates and role/position naming, which caused me to duplicate a form while I was learning the system. Once I understood the structure, it was easy to fix, but clearer guidance upfront around templates would make onboarding even smoother.

I chose SignWell because it was more affordable, easier to set up, and better suited for a small business workflow without sacrificing professionalism or reliability.

Everything just works! I've used it for my personal business for the last year and never had any problems with it.
Cons:
Nothing really. Maybe only that the signing option includes the name by default and drawing the hand-signature is second, which confuses a lot of clients who haven't signed anything electroncally yet.

Smooth, intuitive e-signatures — ideal for landlords & small contracts

Using SignWell has been a revelation compared to the old print-scan-email-wait cycle. As a landlord, drafting a lease, sending it to tenants, and getting all signatures back was smooth, fast and professional — all done in a fraction of the time it would take with paper. For a small-scale user like me, SignWell delivers everything I need, at no cost, while keeping everything organised and legally sound.

•Very intuitive, clean interface — made preparing and sending my lease agreement easy and fast. •Great value: the free plan already lets me cover my needs, no need to pay if I sign only occasionally. •Templates are handy — I saved my lease contract as a template so future tenant agreements will take essentially two clicks. •Document management works well: I could track when recipients signed, and all signed copies were saved/archived properly. •Contract signing process is seamless for both me and my tenants — no printing, scanning, or hassle involved.
Cons:
I wish I’d known about SignWell earlier — would have saved me time on previous contracts. •It would be nice to have a dedicated mobile app for maximum convenience (currently it’s browser-based, which works but is slightly less convenient on phone).

It isn't for free, it's relatively new feature in Google Docs, and only for Businesses not for Individuals.

As a small business owner, I have used SignWell to sign on new clients for my coaching and speech therapy services. I find it very intuitive and easy to learn. The app has been an asset to my business in helping me grow my clientele. I highly recommend it!
Cons:
There were some minor features that were a bit confusing, but it was easy to learn with the help of customer support and tutorials. These included making sure I selected the correct signer for specific areas of the document and also how to make fields mandatory or optional.

SignWell had the perfect solution to a very specific need of mine: a public sign link that I can create, copy and paste to my original quotes. When the client wants to hire me, all they need to do is click on the link and sign the quote. Genius, easy, convenient.
Cons:
I really can't say... I'd need to think hard for months to find something I didn't like about SignWell.

There's not much to dislike. It's done just about everything that I need even in the trial version so I'm sure the paid version will be much more versatile.

I love how the plans are perfect for business owners and freelancers of all sizes. Everything's organized in a dashboard for easy future reference, and clients can sign the document in just a few minutes, which makes it easier to build trust with new clients.
Cons:
What I like least about SignWell is that I didn't discover it earlier when I was starting my online marketing career. I've dealt with numerous similar programs that overcharge for small volume users, and SignWell has made sure I never deal with them again.

It just works

I liked how it just worked. I didn't have to think how to use it. I was in a hurry to get a document out to a client for a signature and Signwell delivered.
Cons:
I've only used it 2 or 3 times so far, and I frankly don't have any cons about it yet. I wish I didn't have to use a service like this but that's not SignWell's fault.
