About Dialog Insight

    Not the biggest, but right up there with the best

    Openfield Contact is the main application within Dialog Insight's toolset. You may not have heard of it mentioned alongside Mailchimp but it can do everything you need it to do, and has a lot more customisation options than many of its larger competitors.

    Outil extrêmement complet : Email, test AB, landing pages, notification push, SMS Sources de données entièrement personnalisables : - Possibilité d'intégrer n'importe quelle source de données internes pour alimenter les campagnes : contacts, inventaire produits, journal des ventes... - Système de relation entre les tables permettant de combiner les données entre elles. Support client disponible : Le service client est réactif et la phase d'onbording permet d'aider à prendre en main l'outil.
    Cons:
    La prise en main de l'outil et plus longue et plus complexe que les outils "mainstream" (ex Mailchimp). L'équipe support et la phase d'onboarding facilitent cette prise en main. Une fois la phase d'apprentissage terminée, l'outil permet de monter des campagnes bien plus puissantes que les outils "grand public".

    I always had a good experience using Dialog Insight, and overall, it gets the job done. At the beginning, I had some questions about how to use certain features (learning curve), but it has powerful features, and the customer service team is professional and efficient.

    Très facile d'utilisation. On peu apprendre à faire des envois responsives en très peu de temps grâce au drag and drop. Le support client est A1.
    Cons:
    J'aurais aimé pouvoir avoir plus de flexibilité sur les données des contacts, par exemple, extraire un rapport d'envoi pour un contact en particulier et l'analyser. Cette option n'est pas encore disponible, mais peut-être elle viendra. Autre chose, Dialog Insight aime beaucoup faire évoluer sa plateforme. Parfois il y a des ajouts intéressants, mais cela peu devenir un irritant car on doit réapprendre à se refamiliariser avec l'apparence de certaines pages et mettre à jour nos procédures.

    Ce qui fait la différence avec Dialog Insight et qui vaut l'investissement est vraiment le service client qu'ils offrent. On se sent appuyés et en mesure de tirer le meilleur de la plateforme. Au final, on sent qu'on peut bien comprendre nos clientèles, qu'on peut segmenter avec précision et leur envoyer la bonne communication au bon moment. Nous sommes très satisfaits.

    Cela fait plus de 15 ans qu'on utilise Dialog Insight auparavant REP Solution. Outil facile à utiliser pour nos besoins. Le support et le service client. De plus, c'est un produit Québécois c'était un critère pour nous et que se soit aussi en Français.
    Cons:
    Peut-être un peu dispendieux pour nos besoins à nous, car on envoi seulement une chronique mensuelle. Mais je sais qu'il y a tellement d'autres fonctions, mais pas nécessaire pour nos besoins à nous mais surement grandement apprécié par plusieurs organisations.

    The user interface is very friendly and also available in both English and French as desired. The contacts' data is hosted on Canadian servers. Technical support from Dialog insight is readily available and they are open to improvements and customization.
    Cons:
    Based on 12+ years experience with this online tool, we have not encountered a situation where Dialog Insight was not open to help out so honestly there's nothing negative to mention here.
