Gmail 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

I love that gmail is connected with the G-Suite applications and that you can organize your inbox however you wish. I also love that my signature on a desktop is also used on mobile.

I find it a bit more difficult and challenging to create tabs to organize my inbox on the mobile app.

Gmail is a fantastic all in one email inbox service. It offers an extremely easy to use platform with pleasing visual designs and customization options. This makes Gmail attractive for anyone or any business no matter the size, especially at its low price point!

One of the biggest issues I had with Gmail is that the app is sometimes difficult to use and lacks features and functionality that you can find on the web version.

Gmail works great. Folder options are great, filter system is great. I have multiple gmail addresses I use and its just perfect. Much better than other options

I use to have some issues with Gmail on a tablet but after they did some updates and fixes no more issues

It’s nice not having to worry about whether something actually went through, especially when timing matters. Another thing we really like is how easily Gmail works with other email programs. We’ve got people using Outlook, Apple Mail, different phone apps, and everything connects without a headache. The setup is super smooth—most programs just figure out the settings automatically. It saves time and keeps everyone using whatever platform they prefer without messing up how we communicate. One of the unexpected benefits has been how easy it is to deal with employee transitions. Whenever someone leaves or joins the team, migrating emails or transferring accounts is basically a non-issue. We’ve been able to hand off inboxes, contacts, and history without slowing anything down, which is something I didn’t realize would matter until we actually had to do it a few times.

Honestly, we don’t have much to complain about. Gmail has been reliable, easy to work with, and flexible enough to fit how we operate. For a business that needs something dependable without a lot of hassle, it’s been a great fit for us.

I really like the ease of use that Gmail provides. From the customization options that it allows you as well as the design customization on top of that. Very easy to use and navigate.

Everything that I have used with Gmail has been nothing but positive. I have no complaints that I have run into.

Great email platform which is highly secure. I can access from my mobile app and computer. I can categorise my mail and schedule emails to be sent later

There isn't much I dislike as it has been reliable for me. Sometimes when I don't have access to my phone it has been hard to login because I need my phone to receive the login code but that is also a security feature that can be turned off

I like gmail because it is so easy to use. It has an incredible interface with helpful customer support team. I love the availability of design customization. It also has a great value for money.

The only issue I’m having with gmail is just about the bugs issues and some annoying ads. The other things are perfect .

The conversation view on email chains can be confusing. The Gmail website is less intuitive than Microsoft Outlook for dealing with emails.

I have been using it for more than 15 years and I like it. Customer service is great. Security is important both for them and for the user. ease of use.

Gmail has a timeless user interface that makes managing your email and contacts easy. The organization and categorization features allow you to customize your email inbox layout to your liking. The generous storage space also allows you to keep media-rich files stored in your email without concern of running out of space. It is incredibly easy to search and find old emails through the built-in search functionality.

There really isn't much to dislike about Gmail, but my one gripe would be the categorization of some emails that redirects emails from your primary inbox into either the 'Promotions' or 'Updates' folders. 95% of the time it works as intended, but on occasion it incorrectly redirects important emails to these subfolders. This can lead to you missing important emails if you don't pay as close attention to these email subfolders.
