Very Happy with Customer Support

Pros:

I'm new to building funnels and DNS setup was only making things harder. The customer service with systeme.io has been great. Quick responses and enough detail to help me fix the problem without being confusing. They even included screenshots showing what I needed to change. I think the email says response within 24 hours, but the three times I reached out, it was between 30 to 90 minutes.

Cons:

As with all products, there are challenges. Although the customer service is great, the documentation could be a bit better. One reason I had a problem is that the documentation had the word ALIAS instead of CNAME. I have to share blame since the text did specify CNAME.

Great Technical Support

As with every platform of this kind, there is a learning curve. But I am ramping up quickly and preparing to launch my first online course, sales funnel, email marketing campaign, and affiliate program in the next few days.

Technical support. Clean interface. Does only what I need (courses, funnels, email marketing, affiliate marketing) and not what I don't want, need, or have time to learn or plow through to get to what I DO need. I previously subscribed, in sequence, to ClickFunnels and HighLevel. Too hard to find my tools, too many features I don't want (AI phone bots, etc.) and a loss of focus on their original missions to support content creators.

Cons:

I don't like the homepage for my online school. No opportunity for branding. Tabs just say "Enrolled" and "Explore" What is that supposed to mean to a brand new student who doesn't know what to do next. THIS MUST BE FIXED.

Excellent migration services for this affordable fantastic all in one

Overall, I've had a great experience switching over to Systeme.io. I was using multiple platforms including Wordpress which was too technical and not intuitive. The support and community have been wonderful.

I'm very impressed with Systeme.io. overall. The [sensitive content hidden] is very hands on and responsive to all suggestions in FB. The migration team was superb, extremely responsive and helpful. I am not that technical and I love the idea of having everything in one place integrated.

Cons:

I had to do a lot of notes on the migration but at least they got it done in the end. Also a Zoom or Brave Talk integration would be a wonderful plus. And I think the membership community seems a bit light so far.

I am new to using is but used their migration team to migrate all of my website and email CRM system over to Systeme.io and couldn't be happier with the service. I like having all of the services in one place - email, website, funnels, courses, etc. It's so handy and very affordable for what competitor service providers offer.

Cons:

So far I do see some limits with the email system especially when it comes to customisations compared to the service I was using before. It's been a small learning curve to learn how to use all the new functions but I know that will get easier in time. And I have faith that the systeme.io team will be continually improving their system with time.
