Un WMS e-commerce complet qui fait gagner un temps précieux

Globalement il aide énormément à monter en charge en passant de quelques dizaines à plusieurs centaines de commandes par jour sans saturation.

Les points les plus appréciés sont la centralisation des commandes multi-canal, la gestion fine des stocks sur plusieurs de mes entrepôts et les flux de préparation assez bien guidés qui font gagner beaucoup de temps aux équipes logistiques.

Cons:

La richesse fonctionnelle implique souvent une configuration complexe avec des options qui restent peu intuitives, ce qui fait que l'on doit souvent consulter la documentation ou le support.

BMS, un gros boost pour nous avec myFulfillment

grâce à myFulfillment, nous avons pu passer de quelques dizaine de commandes par jours plusieurs centaines par jour et l'outil ne semble pas saturer et pouvoir supporter encore plus !

La mise en place de Boostmyshop a simplifié grandement nos process en professionnalisant et automatisant toutes les étapes de la commande à l'expédition. Merci aux règles transporteurs qui permettent de sélectionner un transporteur en fonction des typologies colis et adresse de livraison. Et un grand merci au support très pro qui sait répondre à nos demandes

Cons:

plusieurs emplacement dans le même dépôt impossible mais il nous a été facile et nous adapté à cette contrainte
