Very good tool to plan, execute and monitor the day-to-day work. Refined details. Frequent improvements, also at the request of users. Quick and accurate answers on customer support.

Cons:

Nothing to point out. If there is any problem you can quickly fix it by sending a message to the support.

User friendly, helps to administrate problems and communicate in one system

It's not possible to create login with same email if user has it already in other company

Best overall solution for field service management

Einpix suits our needs perfectly. It is a user friendly tool and was very easy to implement. It is easy to manage all projects in one place. I know exactly where equipment is located, where my staff is working and for how long. Everyone have access to what is happening in the projects. Team efficiency and communication increase.

Pros:

It is extremely easy to use. All important information in one place. GPS works great, you don't have to waste time searching for the exact location of an object. Notifications are also active, so you won't miss important information. I can watch them both on the phone and on the watch. Doc. of work delivery is automatically created. There is no need to fill in an additional document, so we save a lot of time

Cons:

Reminders for work in progress would be needed.

Pros:

Using Einpix is very easy, and customer support is amazing. All your questions are answered quickly and they really suggest the best solutions to get your Einpix account ready for work. It's easy to use, very well prepared for customers to use, you don't need to be supper tech savvy, that's really great. Desktop and Mobile versions work well together, so it's very convenient to use on your phone.

Cons:

It still needs some improvement, but how this team works to build the greatest software is amazing! The main features are well prepared and a bunch of new features are on its way.

Ease of use where everything is at my fingertips. Its a remarkably simple yet powerful tool that enables me to access all the information in one place and very easy.

Cons:
