About Onfleet
Onfleet is a cloud-based fleet management solution that offers route optimization, auto-dispatching, delivery analytics and customer communications. iOS and Android apps provide real-time driver tracking, proof of delivery, chat and more features. Onfleet supports deliveries in multiple countries around the world, in industries ranging from grocery and prepared meals to parcels, furniture, courier, pharmacy and others.
Onfleet provides users with various filters and search capabilities such as text, time, or status-based queries for finding drivers, customers and pickup/delivery tasks. The solution also features an internal communication platform that enables users to communicate with staff members and get real-time updates on specific jobs. A custom reporting and analytics engine is also provided that enables users to analyze various metrics.
Pricing is on a monthly subscription basis. Support is available via email, FAQs and an online knowledge base.

Onfleet has streamlined and automated our operations and logistics completely! What used to take us 30-45 minutes each morning is now completely automated and takes a few minutes! We tried Tookan first, but Onfleet is such a superior software. It really is the best in the market!

Modern logistics platform for serious on-demand companies

Onfleet has been a game-changer for us. The prevailing dogma in startups is not to let other companies own large pieces of your technology stack; however, everybody knows it would be crazy to build your own Stripe. Likewise, in the logistics space, Onfleet has a product that saved us a huge amount of time while allowing us to build out a custom logistics solution unlike any other in the construction industry. Don't reinvent the wheel. Use Onfleet.

I am a training specialist. I am in charge or rolling out nation-wide training to 284 branches or about 1140 people over the course of about 1 year. I have created a buffet of training materials - eLearning, job aids, driver reference guide and we are doing live training in addition to all of that. My experience is positive with Onfleet. It is easy to use and teach others how to use. What is hard is getting them to adopt this new way of doing things and stop using the old way of doing things - even if not more efficient. Change management is the hard part. Mental change to a new way.
