About RoutingBox

RoutingBox is a transportation dispatch solution that helps paratransit and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) businesses handle dispatching, booking and billing processes. It offers a route optimization module, which enables managers to create and assign routes to drivers.

The application allows dispatchers and customers to track the live location of drivers and receive automated updates for changes in delivery status. It lets administrators generate reports, configure settings to view delivery details across different zones and conduct audits. Additionally, RoutingBox offers a host of features such as SSL security, mobile support, automated alerts, electronic signature capturing and more.

RoutingBox facilitates integration with MedBatch, a medical billing system, enabling users to review and submit medical claims directly. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

    Routing Box for NEMT

    Overall, we have been very happy with the product. It is user friendly and has made managing our NEMT very easy. It is price right, too.

    This product has enabled us to optimize and bill our NEMT demand responsive business. We are able to dispatch and manage this portion of our operation.
    Cons:
    The customer service or tech support during the pandemic is not customer friendly. I want to be able to call and get a live person. You have to send an email to get someone to call you. This is unacceptable

    8 months of not being able to use the software. Multiple staff changes and movement of key people that are supposed to help with onboarding and implementation.

    Nothing. Imports not working correctly. No API with SafeRide Health as promised. No accountability from Routing Box staff but they keep billing me monthly
    Cons:
    NO API with the broker we do most of our work with. Horrible training sessions with imports not working.

    Routing box is probably one of the best things we did for our company. Not only do we use the dispatching software, but we also use their billing software MedBatch as well. Customer service is always friendly and helps fast and efficiently whenever called upon. We could not be any happier with this service. We will be a customer for life!!

    So far not so good. Have not been able to utilize the product. Demands on multiple trainings and then in the trainings you get basic information that is ok but asked for tangibles. Delivery of tangibles does not result in any report of progress of deployment and results in another training. Have been paying for six months and have yet to use the product. Sent emails two days ago and haven't received any response.

    Medicaid billing made easy

    Before routing box, billing was chaos, hit or miss. now with MedBatch in conjunction with Routing Box all our billing is complete when we drop off our patients. It has helped with billing, routing, compliance, We now have a clear picture of our business. Thanks Guys.
