BrightSide is a cloud-based vacation rental solution that caters to rental agencies and property management companies. It offers tools that enable users to manage rentals, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, accounting, employees and marketing.
BrightSide's reservation module features support for travel insurance management, fee and tax calculation, yield management, customizable guest emails and electronic signatures for payments and rental contracts. The solution helps users to manage housekeeping routines, maintenance requests, time clocks for employees, booking policies and adjustable rates. It also enables users to generate reports for accounting, taxes and business analysis.
Additionally, BrightSide helps users to keep track of reservation sources, manage guest reviews and feedback, generate mailing labels and export mail marketing lists. The solution also supports integration with other vacation rental systems such as Xplorie, Vrbo, Airbnb, and Booking.com.
Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone and email.

With Brightside I'm more in touch with my business. I've had to manage rentals from halfway around the world for a couple weeks at a time. Never had a worry--Brightside has outstanding uptime. Great customer service--the team listens to your concerns and helps you find solutions or answers. You may now upload images to maintenance issues so you can have a visual record as you requested. Great suggestion! Recently, we added the ability to have multiple contracts instead of just one. You can have a separate contract for large units, or units with pools, or however you want to use them. In the past year, we improved our text messaging so you can send and receive automated text messages more easily. BrightSide will notify you on your home screen of any unread messages. You can even start a messaging thread from within the reservation. We are still working on allowing guests to upload multiple IDs. But I am sure we will make that happen too. Thanks again for helping us make BrightSide better for everyone!

The presentation the Brightside Group did was an easy sale. Using the system is a breeze compared to the other three Rental Software's I have used. No fuss, Reasonable Rates, No Complications....the whole system is smooth to use. I do believe anyone who gives Brightside Rental Management a test will switch. It even has a BONUS, the creators/engineers are amazing. They will help you in anyway you need. Plus, they always take ideas from their users to improve on the software and are able to answer any question you may have. Brightside Rental Management is the best and I would definitely recommend it to any company who is looking for a new Rental Software and to the ones who aren't. Try it, all you have to do is try it...SOLD!

Originally, it was due to the cost because the Monthly / Yearly Rates increased at a steady pace. Also, the cost for adding 10 units continued to increase . Brightside does a much larger range for adding units. I loved working on Entech & resisted the change as much as I could. Monday when I arrived, it was installed on my computer and it was truly smooth as silk to use.

We heard you, and went to work to improve our unit photo features. Now you can upload photos in bulk, view them in a grid or list view, drag and drop to reorder them, and elect to show specific photos on OTAs, your website, or both. You can also add descriptions and ALT text for SEO. In addition, we went to work and created a new Knowledge Base and FAQ on our website. You can get information, watch a video, or get step by step instructions for many tasks in BrightSide. Thank you for helping us improve BrightSide!
