Easy solution to business operations

Replaced our current software about 7 years ago been using Imagic since. Use it along with QuickBooks and proprietary software for invoices and leases.

Just Don't

We have been backing up out information, "just in case", our computer hard drive crashed and we needed to you our back up. When we tried to reinstall into a new computer, it wont let you unless you buy a new license. I ALREADY paid for my license and don't want to buy a new one. My motel business is basically stuck, we are unable to see upcoming reservations or make any new ones. We are working blind. Going back to a paper reservation book .... had I known, I would have NEVER EVER of bought this program! I would never reccommend this purchase

pretty easy to use once you got the hang of it

Cons:

Total lack of customer service. As long as you never experience ANY kind of problem with the program and never expect help from the company, your golden.
