About Magpie Property Management
Magpie Hospitality Management Software is a multi-lingual cloud-based property management solution for hotels, motels, condo-hotels, inns, lodges, and B&Bs. Features include real-time accounting with QuickBooks Online; reservation and guest management; housekeeping and maintenance management; and detailed reports for all aspects of your business.
Magpie offers a maintenance/housekeeping/security Android app, providing an immediate and direct line of communication between staff and the front desk, ultimately raising the level of service you can provide your guests.
Several customized booking engine options are offered, including BookAssist. In addition, integration with RezDY, a booking platform designed for tour, activity and rental operators, is slated for the end of April, 2020.
Other integrations include RateWizz (channel management for OTAs); Ordyx (Point of Sale); and credit card processors such as Intuit Merchant Services, PayPal, Authorize.net, and Fortis.
Magpie’s unique pricing structure is based on a percentage of room reservation income, which means that you’re not paying to manage empty rooms.

Ozark Mountain Vacation Rentals has been using Magpie since inception and we are able to keep our owners paid quickly and efficiently because of the functionality of Magpie Systems. There support is fantastic! They are responsive and easy to reach. Their software is customizable and they can make small modifications to customize to your needs. It is cloud based, so I can add reservations or even pay owners without being tied to the office. They are currently working to become more integrated with the OTAs and other providers... as soon as they get there, this will be a 5 star system.
