Great, simple tool

Good! Has some limitations but it's simple and effective as is. Also any time I've had a request, like adding our company's font, or duplicating a handbook (to save time me creating another similar one from scratch) customer support has been super helpful.

Love the concept of handbooks/info being online and updated centrally. It's also quick, easy and looks impressive.

Cons:

Certain aspects aren't inuative, but once you get the hang of it it's ok.

So much more than Employee Handbooks!

AirMason has been one of the easiest platforms to work with and the team is incredible. I've already recommended AirMason to several colleagues and will bring it with me anywhere I go. It truly changes the game and provides HR teams with an updated and fun way to deliver policies, and employees love the easy-to-navigate, engaging format.

Pros:

AirMason completely redefines the employee handbook experience and helped us deliver a visually stunning handbook that strikes the perfect balance between quick-hitting, high-level info that's easy to navigate, and more in-depth policy language. The support from the AirMason team is unmatched, and we've extended our use of the platform beyond employee handbooks to Sales Incentive Compensation plans and even event-specific 'handbooks'. The cost of the platform is so minimal for the value it brings, and the fact that you can create an unlimited amount of documents without paying additional keeps us going back to "what else can we use this for?"

Cons:

Truly the only 'issue' I've had with the platform is the fact that you can't make cosmetic or other minor edits without creating a new version of the handbook. So for example, if my original handbook is version 1.0 and that's what an employee signed, and then I make a very slight edit to a couple words here or there or update a photo, when I publish those changes it becomes the current version labeled 1.1. Early on we didn't realize that and we would make minor updates as needed and before we knew it we were up to version 1.12 and we hadn't made any substantive changes to the policies. So just something to be aware of.

Policy management solution that is so easy to use!

We were using UKG for policy acknowledgement but it was kludgy and not as configurable as we needed. AirMason has been easy to use, it is simple to create, launch and edit policies, and fully meets our needs when it comes to producing supporting documentation for SOC audits.

Pros:

AirMason is a great solution to house your policies and track acknowledgements. Once you "get the hang of it", creating and maintaining policies is a piece of cake!

Cons:

The integration with UKG has not gone as smoothly as we would like....but the AirMason team has been on top of it.

The AirMason tool is extremely user-friendly as a user and also as an administrator. It gives an engaging feel for users through its creative features and capabilities. It also provides a seamless experience regarding policy updates, whereas policies and procedures are often revised.

Cons:

To be completely transparent, there are no cons about this software.

Airmason at Small Company

My employees are reading and engaging with our handbook and benefits overviews more than at any other company I've worked for. It's been terrific getting to create and deploy our handbook.

I love that this product makes people want to read our handbook. Employees are constantly referring back to things they read and asking insightful questions about the policies they encounter.

Cons:

Adding employees is sometimes a pretty manual process but I have found it very easy to get in touch with customer support for help uploading.

Pros:

It was very easy to build and deploy our employee handbook using AirMason. The setup and customer support were great. SSO setup was also a breeze. This tool allowed us to elevate a typically boring handbook and helped to capture our company culture. It's helped make a great first impression for new hires.

Cons:

The only thing I wish this offered was an easy export option to download our handbook in PDF. We prefer to make track changes offline in PDF and then upload in the system. We have to reach out to support to get a PDF version vs. a self-service option.

We LOVE Airmason. It provides unlimited documents and ability to edit content year round within a simple editing tool. Sharing with our employees through a custom employee portal that is always accessible. Airmason takes the daunting piece of handbooks and turns it into something fun.

Cons:

No cons yet! We are happy. If I had to be knit picky, the only con is if a video is uploaded, the handbook does automatically load that page in the handbook first.

considering the time zone (UK <> Canada) it has been a breeze - incredibly helpful from start to finish, always to hand for a quick check and fully supportive which has made the process easy for a high growth startup like Bleach!

It's a great tool to enable greater communication across the organisation and the platform really allows you to bring your brand to life - it's visually appealing, interactive and a go-to for all people policies, processes and updates like company goals.

Cons:

Pros:

I love the motivated employees who are always ready to help. Also, I love the abilities for design, accessibility, tracking that will really be helpful for our organization.

Cons:

Some design features I think can be improved or follow a more common style like Word has with being able to move images around on your own, more text style and size options, tables,/graphs, etc. to really improve the uniqueness of one companies book to another.

Reasons for choosing AirMason

The design aspect was not there with these other services and we really wanted to utilize that. Also, the tracking was more sophisticated.
