At this time, some of the limitations you’re running into are due to how QuickBooks Online currently supports time data coming in through their integration options. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to still need to manually adjust overtime when you already have an established payroll workflow in QuickBooks Online. That said, expanding and improving integration capabilities is absolutely on our radar, and we plan to enhance what we can as QuickBooks Online makes additional functionality available.
