    The customer service is unbeatable! The weekly training and communication with the Ninjas is outstanding! The software allows the flexibility to make it "your own" to better fit the needs of your own company.

    The flexibility and ease of customization were a few of the top reasons we chose CoreHealth. Working with the team has been wonderful. They strive for greatness, and are always quick to assess our needs as customers. Constant development of new features keeps the software fresh and fun!
    Cons:
    The reporting tool is a bit dated; therefore, we use a separate tool for reporting. Our coaches have provided feedback that the coaching scheduler is not exactly user-friendly. They would love the ability to schedule impromptu sessions with users without being tied to a coaching program and with greater ease. Also, the video coaching tool isn't as widely used because the interface isn't favored by the coaching team.

    Reasons for switching to CoreHealth

    We did not have flexibility to create our own assessments, coaching programs, etc. We also were not able to request new features, even for a fee. The service was great but ultimately, we needed to switch to better suit our needs.

    It provides great value - with broad capabilities, great security, flexibility, and customization - but very affordable.
    Cons:
    The platform needs to broaden its capabilities for overall health & wellbeing and include automated & personalized text messaging to remain competitive. It has resources, but needs to add automated, user-friendly "engagement" tools to keep participants coming back.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT], the relationship manager, and the entire customer support team are easy to work with, endlessly helpful, and just wonderful people all around. This small team puts out a big product that's worth every penny.

    This software checks all of the boxes--extensive incentive tracking, everything is highly customizable, TONS of great challenges and other health content available, positive end-user experience, and great customer support to tie it all together.
    Cons:
    Administrators need to have basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript, skills to take full advantage of the customizations. However, if you don't have the knowledge or capacity for this, Core Health's support staff can provide this service for a fee.

    Reasons for switching to CoreHealth

    Cost was a big factor. We got more content for a lower cost by going with Core Health.

    We have enjoyed working with CoreHealth! From the sales process, to implementation and ongoing support; they have been responsive and always willing to help in any way possible. The flexibility and interoperability of the CoreHealth platform has allowed us to stay competitive in the ever-changing landscape of health and wellbeing. One key-differentiator we saw in CoreHealth was their commitment to being a technology provider and not a program provider. As a program provider, you don’t want to compete with your technology vendor for business. Not only do we not compete directly, but CoreHealth has been an excellent source of lead-generation and a valued partner in promoting our integrated care management solutions. Their commitment to innovation and technology gives us confidence that we will have a platform that is relevant and competitive for years to come.

    Creative freedom and control - as a provider of products and services we wanted a platform that would support our programs and solutions in the way we wanted to deliver them, rather than forcing us to modify our delivery to fit within their technology. The CoreHealth platform offers more flexibility, configuration and customization options than we found with any other wellness platform vendor. They allow multiple ways to integrate with other systems and data, and the modular framework of the platform allows us to easily add and remove features, components and content.
    Cons:
    With control and freedom also comes responsibility. The platform is fairly complex and is not turnkey or plug-and-play. To effectively administer the platform and get the most out of the technology the administrator should have a decent understanding of SaaS systems and CMS framework. The other piece we were hoping for was more built-in content, but they do have an extensive network of content partners that have solutions ready to integrate into their platform.

    Great product for multi-national organizations to deliver inclusive wellness

Quarterly updates and new features releases are a great example of their client-centric approach to new developments, which is supported by an amazing team.

    The product is very flexible and can be configured to serve a multitude of needs and interests, allowing us to deliver inclusive wellness programming for multi-national companies. It is easy to create new programs, modify existing offerings, and deliver an exceptional user experience without the need for a sophisticated tech team. The ability to easily translate materials into different languages is a key differentiator with other products. As is the capacity to add and revise images to provide a culturally safe experience for users. This makes it simple and intuitive for a program administrator without a tech background to take control of their employee wellness portal.
    Cons:
    There are limits to modifications that can be done to the software, and many changes have to be done by the Corehealth development team, which prevents us from developing some features and tools.

    My CoreHealth Review

    The CoreHealth product has allowed our wellness company to create a wellness portal tailored to every client that is easily manageable. My firm has very few technology professionals, so utilizing the SaaS for our portal allows me to feel assured that I have a dedicated team that will be in the trenches with me if an issue arises. Since our partnership, we have been able to implement services such as on demand video workshops, challenges, quarterly wellness programming, incentive program tracking, health risk assessments, and user profile management.

    Ease of use, ease of customization, superior customer service, wellness minded technology experts support team.
    Cons:
    The only con I can think of are more of a product of CoreHealth's need to manage, assess feasibility, and act on client requests in respects to how much development time required. Minor changes to the canned reporting within my organization's internal database environment would take me minutes to execute, while a request to change a report from the CoreHealth product comes with a steep development cost. While this is understandable from a cost analysis perspective, my project managers whom are more customer focused are less understanding.

    The "ninja's" on the CoreHealth staff are incredibly helpful. The billing department has been easy to work with. Our wellness clients find the site easy to navigate in. Many options are available to make CoreHealth the one place to go to "be well" (plot my route; journaling; trackers for fruit/veggies, water, activity, self-care, sleep; wellness goals; buddy challenges.)

    CoreHealth provides our business with a comprehensive system for wellness program management that's easy to use. The program consultants on our staff who manage the Core site are able to customize the look and the feel of nearly every component (challenges, pages, maps, trackers, etc.)
    Cons:
    Fitbit and Google Fit are the only wearable devices that pair with CoreHealth at no charge. Other wearables are able to be matched with the site, but for an extra fee.

    "Simple to sophisticated"

    CoreHealth is a great organization to work with because of their kind and competent employees. They have well established processes to guide you through setting up your site or integrations.

    The reins are in your hands with the complexity of the site you want to create. My favorite feature is the wellness scores, which allow you to easily integrate different components of the platform to speak to each other. With the tools in the CoreHealth toolkit, I've always found a way to solve any of the needs and requests that come my way.
    Cons:
    To utilize the platform effectively, you will need to dedicate time to training (which CoreHealth provides) and learning-by-doing. If you get too carried away with customizations (lots of CSS), this can sometimes create future work for yourself. There are instances when features or settings are not modifiable, but this is rare.
