Pros:

EmployTest.com has a great dashboard! Easy to navigate, all kinds of tests to administer, and the pricing is excellent. Oh and [sensitive content hidden] is great to work with!

Cons:

Nothing, but since I have to say something, I'd suggest that the buttons that I need to click on to advance through administering a test should be changed from the color red (stop/error) to the color green (go/continue).

Pretty decent tool

It has been fine to use, I have been using the tool since 2013.

It is easy to send links to candidates and has quite a few options for testing.

Cons:

I wish there was more features for the Microsoft Office Suite - We test a lot of Outlook and the 365 is very difficult, so I test on the 2010 becuase it is more user friendly as I don't want to scare applicants away with the 365 version. Also,iIt isn't compatable with MAC products.

Thanks Stephanie for your comments and for being a customer for 8 years now. Our tests do work on the Safari browser but they don't cover the MAC Office version. Test topics are formatted for the PC version of Office We have test customization options for Microsoft Office tests, including Outlook, so we'll connect with you to make sure you can test applicants at the right level. We have hundreds of questions for Office so we'll create a test that hits the difficultly level you need (beginner->advanced). Thanks again for using EmployTest since 2013!

EmployTest 100% a Win

From start to finish, everything was great. I appreciated being able to speak with a rep and get my questions answered. Having the ability to try out the different tests as well as let some of my coworkers try them out was a huge help.

I love that it is user friendly both for the applicant and the employer

Cons:

I liked all the features, and all of the different tests available. I think the only think I would improve is pricing. I don't think credits should expire.

Test Gorilla was great, however the ease of access and the testing we were looking for was not right for our organization.

Love the remote testing option!

It is easy to use and set up the tests for applicants. Very easy to use the remote option. We are able to have the test expired in three days. The results are great and very detail. I like it that we can add the supervisor's email and they receive the results right away. [sensitive content hidden] has been great in answering all my questions and helping me on everything I need.

We can do remote testing!! We learn we can have two tests for the prize of one? In some instances. Not sure how many more we can do it that way. It would be nice to know.

Cons:

We did not have any kind of formal training on how to use the testing it to its max.

It can be challenging to know what is really being assessed without having the access to some of the test questions in advance

Great Platform for Technical Testing

Overall we've had a great experience with EmployTest. It was easy to get setup and we were well informed throughout the process. We especially liked being able to take sample tests to fully gauge if the questions matched our intended targets. We were mainly focused on testing technical proficiency, and the tests for Microsoft Office and Windows were especially well done. Providing a demo environment that's fully-functional, rather than asking multiple choice questions or having them look at a screenshot, made the testing more realistic and a better gauge of the user's capabilities.

Phenomenal Tool a Must Use

Overall my experience with EmployTest has been phenomenal. Having candidates go thru a testing portion of our recruiting and hiring process has surely confirmed suspicions both positively and negatively and led to better hiring for key roles.

Pros:

There are so many options with EmployTest. The list of assessments is vast and broad. Finding a test or two to fit the exact position, skillset, etc. that you are looking to gain insight on is a breeze. Simply drag and drop what you want for each and every candidate.

Cons:

They have decided to change their dashboard a few times over the past 4-5 years that I've used your product and it always comes as a surprise. That said the improvements are well done I just would of appreciated a heads up.
