About Findmyshift

Findmyshift is a cloud-based workforce scheduling solution that enables businesses to streamline processes related to attendance tracking, payroll, time-off management and more. It comes with an application programming interface (API), which lets professionals integrate the platform with several third-party systems.

Findmyshift allows enterprises to track employees’ work hours using time clock or timesheets and receive automated notifications about late, early or no clock-in of staff members. It lets users send messages to employees via email, text or push notifications, upload/share documents and secure sensitive data using SSL encryption. Additionally, employees can utilize the platform to request, swap and cancel shifts with other staff members.

Findmyshift provides mobile applications for Android and iOS devices, allowing employees to view scheduled shifts and make clock-in/out entries even from remote locations. The solution is available on annual or monthly subscriptions and support is extended via email, phone and other online measures.

The photo capture functionality is very good and the option of a password has helped the team to remember
Cons:
Lack of automation has been a challenge however this may be due to our lack of understanding when using the system

Easy to use Colour coding of staff makes it easier to group staff You can add your own comments Easy for staff to check in at home to see their shifts
Cons:
It does all it says it does! The only thing I would like is to be able to have the full rota view on my phone I have to log onto a PC which can sometimes be difficult if I am out and about and have a short notice absence I have no negative comments about it

It is great value for money and ticks all the boxes. It’s easy to use, especially for the core scheduling job. For example: The user interface is easy and clean. All the data can be found easily, even for the person using for first time. It’s praised for helping with visibility: staff can check their shifts remotely, managers can publish rotas and staff availability more transparently. Good value, especially when compared with old-school methods

Find my shift management is great product the pros are as follows Simple, intuitive scheduling, instant communication though email and texts, Staff self service request time off and request shifts, shift swapping and cover request made easy, timesheets and payroll tools can be tracked automatic. Mobile friendly. it has very affordable pricing
Cons:
I have very little Cons about the service as it ticks the boxes I need for the day to day running of a swimming pool, I would love to see more added feachers, like it linked to Payroll packages etc

Nice addition to the business

Overall really pleased. My staff can use it easily enough shifts can be planned months in advance, support are helpful and respond quickly.

Pros:
It is really easy to plan shifts and interchange them and make regular patterns with templates. Drop and Drag and the reporting is handy as well.
Cons:
Not so much a con but wish the reports would have a header on them so they are clear what they are so I dont have to download excel and give it a header and save it before sending to the accountants for payroll. Also would like the option to record absence as a % and not just Bradford factor.

My overall experience with Findmyshift has been very positive. It makes scheduling and payroll management much easier and more organized for my team. Once everything is set up, the system runs smoothly and helps reduce admin time. With a few improvements to the mobile app, it would be close to perfect.

What I like the most about Findmyshift is how smoth is for employees to record their clock in and out, making it so easy for me to calculate their salaries accuratly and on time.
Cons:
Overall, I think I get a good value for what i pay. However, the management mobile app coulf bre more user friendly, especially when I need to quickly calculate or review someones salary.

It's brilliant value for money as the man hours saved on scheduling and payroll more than pay for the fees we pay. Love that its simple to use, can be used on any mobile device, video guides are really helpful and the team are really responsive to any query.
Cons:
We pay multiple subscriptions to keep the business entities separate and don't receive any discount.

Amazing scheduling tool, easy enough to use, easy reports, holiday management and reasonably priced. Makes my life easier.
Cons:
Mobile App Limitations It's definitely not easy for you on the app; I prefer to use it on the desktop. Also, I would prefer a discount for annual membership and The pricing structure has a major gap between the free plan (for 5 users) and the next paid tier, which forces small teams (7-10 people) to significantly overpay for licenses they don't need.

Easy to use to create rotas and importantly, share this with the team. Can set up templates to make future scheduling easy. Can also keep track of sickness easily with Bradford factor worked out automatically. Can use to track payroll but we have our own systems. Very little issues using

Can be a bit overwhelming to start with, takes time to get used to. Some items don't work particularly well on mobiles as well.
