About HR.my

HR.my is a cloud-based human resources (HR) solution for businesses of all sizes across various industry verticals. Key features include payroll processing, leave management, attendance management, announcements, notice boards and more.

HR.my features an employee self-service portal that helps employees apply for leave, check leave entitlements and view leave records and application status. It also provides managers and team leaders a built-in scheduler and planner which allows them to plan their workforce availability before approving leave applications.

HR.my's document workflow feature enables users to migrate existing paper-based documents such as timesheets or expense claims to the solution. Communications and connections with the solution are encrypted by industry-standard SSL encryption protocol.

Additionally, HR.my features knowledge management and sharing, employee discussion boards, forums and functionality to print and export documents related to the organization and employees.

Review About HR.My

Well my overall experience with HR.My is very good, i'm pretty satisfied with HR.My. but there's always room for improvement, they need to work on Dashboard it does not look professional. They don't have customer service, as i need to change my subscription from 5$ per month to annual 60$ but i didn't find any contact details, so they need to work on this as well.

Following are the pros of HR.My. 1. Affordable Price (5$ per month 60$ per year). 2. Easy to use for both employees as well as employer. 3. you can integrate it with any other software. 4. Highly secure database. 5. Mobile Application for both Android and IOS.

Cons:

Here are some Cons of HR.My; 1. Dashboard is not attractive. 2. No Graphical representations on Dashboard. 3. HR.My application does not work properly sometimes. 4. Customer service not available on web and mobile application.

attendance check in checkout with time is best thing, every time i check in its show time, 2nd color theme is nice

Cons:

interface isnt that Friendly, like , its giving an old look, you need to work on it like youtube dock panel, like every thing is showing on dashboard like with graph etc, if HR.my can get this thing to view every thing employee details with graph its would be fild free space , that free space isnt looking nice, like if i want to see my holydays left or my whole mont report i cant see it on my dash bord, so keep this up. show some more info needs to be display on front page on web

Overall, This is a great software to use with low budget. I will suggest them to add the working hours to the main page. Other than that, I really liked it.

- Provides free version for testing with great features. - Mobile application for android was a great addition in their services - Payroll management is really helpful. - Time clock allows you to track the working hours of all the employees

Cons:

After updating the UI, I've to look up for the hours by going into each day. That's very embracing, in their previous UI, the hours were listed on the main page. Changing the whole UI was difficult to understand.

Its attendance system which is very helpful and it helps to track working hours. Its UI system is very helpful and easy to use for a common person. It gives useful features in low budget

Its latest update in UI is visually good but not easy to use. HR application is not works properly. There is no customer service available.

Pros:

Its giving you a payroll system which is great. Daily Attendance system that's really a helpful thing to check your work hours. The new UI is really good and make us easy to use this panel.

Cons:

They should give a feature to check time log on the main screen. They made this feature more clickable that's annoying.

there are more features in low cost like that you can see daily working hours pay roll slips and manage your team from there.

Cons:

its new UI user is not friendly some times it get annoying if you wanna look log time there is lot of clicks it should be on main screen

-It really helps in managing leave and attendance. - Its easy to use with affordable price. - Provides Mobile Application which is really helpful. - Also Provides great features as free.

Cons:

- The total hours are not on the main page attendance. It must be on the same page so we dont have to go inside and check the total hours. - Also the UI must be more attractive.
