Recommendation to use Lucky Carrot

It is quite an affordable and very useful tool.I especially like creating group events, anonymous surveys and employee self-esteem.

It helps that, along with the growth of the organization, employees of different departments start to know each other.It helps me as a representative to understand which of the employees has what strengths, and how I can use that resource and help him move forward.It helps to understand the problems in the team through anonymous surveys and to look for ways to solve them.The most important thing is that the team likes to evaluate each other's work with this system and, in the end, use the carrots collected by them. This motivates the team a lot.

Cons:

I cannot mention such a point․I would like to mention that the team reacts very quickly in case of any small question or problem

It is easy to work with lucky carrot and their team.

The best of Lucky Carrot is that You can easy reward Your employees with real life valuable gifts.

Cons:

There are couple of things that lucky carrot is missing that are really needed in the app. the 1st is integration to know collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack. there is no option for Enterprise SSO configuration, so users either have to have separate username/passwords or link their work profile with their lucky carrot profile which is difficult and time consuming operation. There is also no widgets.

Overall it's a nice app to keep a fun and engaging spirit among employees. Besides, the customer support is always responsive and helpful. I normally get replies for my requests on the same day or maximum two. Special thanks to [sensitive content hidden].

It's easy to use and also quite interactive, fun and engaging for the employees .

Cons:

One of the features that is missing now is being able to give carrots to employees as administrator by generating special codes for them. It's a really important one, since sometimes we want to give employees carrots as bonuses or gifts. I've already informed the Lucky Carrot team about this and hope the feature will be back :) Another problem is the speed of the card deliveries. It's really difficult to plan buying something specific with the cards when there's a risk that by the time the card gets delivered the store may run out of the product we want to buy. The same applies to online cards as well.

Hi, Narine, thanks for your review. Lucky Carrot does have an option for the company to grant employees carrots for special occasions. It can be found in the "Special Reward" section, which comes 4th from the top in the left sidebar. It is visible to the users with admin access. As for the gift card delivery speed, we recognize that sometimes the expectation period may expend slightly beyond the regular 7-work-day period. We are working on making the process faster and smoother.

Lucky Carrot is an excellent tool for expressing gratitude towards our employees and encouraging peer recognition. Our team has found it to be a great source of positivity, helping to reinforce our company culture and values. It's a good way to show our appreciation in a meaningful way and promote a culture of recognition within our organization.

Cons:

There was a feature of issuing additional carrots case by case, which was very useful for rewarding employees on different occasions from the company. Unfortunately, this feature was removed.

I like the variety of gifts to choose from. And it's fun to see how people interreact within the website. Maybe some fun stickers will add more fun to the process, rather than looking for them manually or adding gifs. Also the chosen values can even have some badges, so beside the hashtag you can spot the badge right away (each company can add their custom badges).

Cons:

The UI is awful, especially after the latest update. It's really hard to find the functions you're looking for. There's not many functions so I'm sure there's a better way to arrange them, maybe use a more 'classic' way.
