Tech supported by great staff

I can only recommend. The onboarding is a big job but LogicMelon will do as much or as little as you want. All included in the cost.

Pros:

The customer service from any of the staff is outstanding. The system does what it needs to do but the staff make it easy to get help and solve any challenges.

Cons:

The dashboards are great day to day. There are many reports to download data from but can be a challenge to understand what reports to use for data. However, the support staff will run and export for you if you the task defeats you.

Highly recommend

We had a brilliant experience with [sensitive content hidden] during the sales process while we were considering various options. Her friendly, down-to-earth and not super sales-y demeanour was definitely a factor in us choosing LogicMelon over other providers. The price is also very good, no hidden costs. The platform itself is intuitive, easy to get a hang of and get the team up and running. And the team are so friendly and helpful when it comes to answering queries, handling issues, etc. We always get a response very quickly to any emails we send.

Pros:

Ease of use, ongoing account management and service is great, quick responses to issues and queries, friendly team

Cons:

Issues with Bullhorn integration and parsing CVs more often than we'd like but it's always resolved in the end. The job advertising form misses a lot of fields from the various job boards - understand this is to streamline the advertising process but we've been advised that missing out some of these fields can have a negative impact on the number of applications we receive. (e.g. screening questions on Indeed, Remote Job tickbox on Reed)

Reasons for choosing LogicMelon

friendlier sales person who wasn't too sales-y, communication was prompt, answered all our questions clearly, better price point, liked the UX more

Integration with our ATS consistently errors.

Pros:

The customer support is really great in terms of resolution and time to correct ongoing issues and overall requirements to begin using the platform was straight forward.

Cons:

The platform doesn't integrate well with our ATS and various job boards, we are still having to manually manipulate candidate data and consistently follow up on glitches.
