Pros:

RehvUp has been critical in engaging with our team members and fostering a collaborative culture in our new remote working environment. There is also a strong mental health and wellness component to this application and our team enjoys the the expertise shared by the Employee Experience coaches. RehvUp truly makes our team members feel like they are a part of a community and I personally enjoy seeing everyone sharing and engaging in the app.

Cons:

I feel like there is so much potential with this application. I am looking forward to seeing how RehvUp continues to evolve.

Pros:

In the last couple of years the role of HR team has been growing to deal with the stresses of our employee as our company has been fighting for market share in an overcrowded industry. The new requirements to keep the staff happy seem endless. RehvUp has packaged a software which deals with each specific employee on an individual basis, creates community and allows the executive team to monitor and steer progress. In addition, it is constantly upgrading to match the evolving nature of todays changing HR roles.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like about RehvUp.

A great platform for our virtual workers

It's been great to work with the RehvUp team. They are very approachable and service orientated. The platform allows us to build social connections within our hybrid workforce, increasing our social capital and engagement.
